By accessing or using Savyre, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to companies, recruiters, developers, and any other users who create an account or interact with Savyre services.

Platform Role & Disclaimer

Savyre provides hiring and evaluation tools. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate performance in employment, or the accuracy of every assessment result.

Users are responsible for how they interpret evaluation data and for final hiring decisions. Savyre is not liable for employment decisions made using platform insights.

Account Responsibilities

Provide accurate registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the platform only for lawful hiring and evaluation purposes
Not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform services

Company & Recruiter Obligations

Companies using Savyre must evaluate candidates fairly, comply with applicable employment laws, and use candidate data only for legitimate hiring purposes.

You may not discriminate, misrepresent roles, or share candidate reports outside authorized hiring workflows.

Developer & Candidate Obligations

Developers participating in assessments must complete evaluations honestly and in accordance with session guidelines.

Attempts to circumvent proctoring, plagiarize work, or misrepresent skills may result in account suspension or disqualification.

Intellectual Property

Savyre owns the platform, branding, software, and proprietary evaluation frameworks. Users retain ownership of their own submitted content, subject to licenses needed to operate the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savyre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you to Savyre in the twelve months preceding the claim, where applicable.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
