General Policy
Savyre may offer trial access or demos so users can evaluate the platform before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed enterprise agreement, payments are considered final once processed.
Trials & Demos
- Trial access is provided at our discretion and may include usage limits
- No payment is required during an active free trial unless you choose to upgrade
- Trials may be modified or discontinued to prevent abuse
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.
You are responsible for keeping billing details current and reviewing charges on your account.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not available for partial subscription periods already consumed.
Duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or service failures caused by Savyre may qualify for a refund or credit at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Contact support@savyre.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email, invoice reference, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
